As most of us know, our body can survive much longer without food than without water. You can go weeks without food but only a few days without water.
Bottled water and soda are toxic. Bottled water has chemicals and a lower ph than tap water, making the water your drink acidic. Acidic water with a ph level lower than 7 cannot be assimilated into the body. As a result, in the body's defense, it will take water from bone marrow. It then takes time to get water back into the marrow. Because of the over consumption of bottled water most people are semi-dehydrated. That is why a raw food diet is so good. Raw foods don't change the structure of water. The best water for drinking has a ph of 8. We all know how unhealthful soda is, besides blocking the digestion of your food, the sugar ingested is harmful to your teeth.
Microwaved water and boiled water are harmful because it alters the structure of water. Microwaves create high levels of friction between molecules leading to the alteration of the original molecular make up. A plant will die if it is watered with microwaved water.
